About the Summit
The annual, invite-only EGYM Innovation Summit brings together senior YMCA and Campus Recreation leaders to explore the future of fitness and community wellness. Now in its sixth year, the Summit is designed for CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other key decision-makers to engage with cutting-edge ideas and technologies shaping our industry.
The 2025 Summit will dive into how AI is transforming fitness, wellness, and operational strategy through dynamic speakers, interactive breakouts, facility tours, and peer collaboration. Hosted each year by a different YMCA or university, the Summit is limited to 50–60 senior leaders and includes a select group of forward-thinking sponsors.
