Terms & conditions for prize draws.

The information you provide in the survey will not be published and will be used solely for internal analysis to improve our products and services. After you have completed all the survey information and submitted it to us, you will be entered into a prize draw. The following conditions of participation apply:

1. The organizer of the raffle is EGYM GmbH, Einsteinstraße 172, 81677 Munich, Germany.
2. All persons over the age of 18 residing in Germany are eligible to participate. EGYM employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Persons who provide false personal information will also be excluded from participating in the competition.
3. To participate, the participant must complete the survey in full and submit it to EGYM. Winners will be selected by lot from all timely entries and notified by email.
4. To the extent a winner does not respond or re-respond within seven (7) days of notification, EGYM will have the right to draw another winner.
5. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is excluded. Multiple entries or entries with multiple e-mail accounts are not permitted. EGYM also reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation or if manipulation is suspected. The legal process is excluded.
6. Details on the processing of your personal data when participating in the competition and your rights in this regard can be found in our Privacy Policy for user surveys, user interviews and product tests.

The responsible party pursuant to Art. 4 (7) DSGVO is EGYM GmbH, Einsteinstraße 172, 81677 Munich, Germany. You can contact us at any time with data protection-related concerns at the address provided or at datenschutz@egym.de. We process your e-mail address as well as your name to enable you to participate in the competition and, in the event of a win, to send you the voucher you have won by e-mail. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b DSGVO (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or a relationship similar to a contract). The data in question will be stored for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose.
