Conditions for Participation in Interviews and Product Tests
EGYM AG, Einsteinstraße 172, 81677 Munich, Germany (hereinafter: "EGYM") conducts interviews and product tests with participating individuals (hereinafter: "participants") in order to further develop and improve EGYM products and services. Interviews are typically conducted either online via a video conferencing tool or physically, with a video camera recording the interview. Product testing is also conducted physically or via a video conferencing tool, depending on the product.
The data participants provide during an interview and/or a product test will not be made public and will be used solely for internal analysis to improve EGYM products and EGYM services. The following conditions of participation apply:
1. People 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate.
2. EGYM may use the answers or the feedback of the participant or the test data for the analysis and for the improvement of the EGYM products and EGYM services for an unlimited period of time.
3. If an interview or a product test is carried out, the participant agrees that the interview or the product test is recorded via an online tool for video conferencing or a video camera, whereby in particular video recordings of the participant as well as recordings of the voice of the participant are stored by EGYM and used for the evaluation of the interview without time limit.
4. If a product test is carried out, the participant has to actively address the EGYM employee in charge of the test before the start of the test, if the participant does not understand how to carry out the test or how to use the respective strength equipment. In case of inconvenience or uncertainty during the test, the participant has to report this immediately to the EGYM employee in charge of the test.
5. If you, as a participant, get access to confidential information (e.g. about not yet published EGYM products or EGYM projects) in the course of your participation in an interview or in a product test, you have to treat all confidential information strictly confidential and you are not allowed to pass it on to third parties or to publish such information (e.g. in social media).
