How PlenaVita Reinvents Physiotherapy
The health centre PlenaVita in Bülach (Switzerland) shows that the future of physiotherapy has already begun. With the Cenplex software, the EGYM Ecosystem and other process optimisations, the quality of therapy has improved so much that 75% of patients become members. Member churn has been reduced to less than 10% and even physiotherapists are queuing up to work at PlenaVita. The success has led to the opening of a second center in 2024.
