2024 - Q1

New Partner Integrations in the EGYM Ecosystem

Benefit: We have integrated two new partners into the EGYM ecosystem:

Virtuagym (management software)
Scaneca (body analysis)

Improved Synchronization of User Data on Smart Cardio Devices.

Benefit: We have updated the user data confirmation design of the Smart Cardio user interface to match the design of the Fitness Hub and Smart Strength.

Added value: Members get a consistent user experience across all connected EGYM products, from Smart Strength to Smart Cardio.

2023 - Q4

Connected Cardio Devices - New Partners & Models

Benefit: We have expanded the number of compatible cardio equipment to include the following industry partners and models:

New - Sportsart: Cardio integration for all models with the 16" SENZA™ touchscreen console.
Expanded - Stair Master / Star Trac: Cardio integration for the 21" Virtual Bike.

Smart Cardio - View Activity Points and Level on Smart Cardio

Benefit: After completing a Smart Cardio workout, your members' accumulated activity points and current activity level are shown on the display. This is an additional incentive and motivates for the next training session.

Added value: This new functionality improves the interaction between your Smart Cardio devices and your Branded Member App and enables members to have a consistent cardio user experience across different products in your club.

2023 - Q1

Resamania (xplor) - Integration of the member portal into the member app.

Benefit: Members can access the Resamania (xplor) member portal directly via the member app.

Value: By directly integrating the Resamania (xplor) customer portal, members can access the following functions:

Management of contract data (e.g. membership, payment method)
Class booking
Access to the club via QR code function
Club details

Smart Cardio - Matrix Sprint 8 HIIT Workout Integration

Benefit: The popular Sprint 8 high-intensity training programme on Matrix cardio machines can now be used and results saved after logging in to Smart Cardio.

Value: Members can switch to the Matrix user interface after logging in to Smart Cardio and complete the popular Sprint 8 workout programme. The results are automatically saved in the member app after finishing the workout.

2022 - Q3

EGYM ID Weblogin*

Benefit: EGYM ID can be used across the gym for all login activities.

Value: With EGYM ID, members only need a single login credential to log in to all products and services across the entire club, from fitness equipment on the training floor to web content, apps and 3rd party services. This technology allows you to offer a seamless member experience across your entire club.

*Note: This service is currently only available for Enterprise customers.
